Step into The World of ZAZI, where stories are woven into every garment, where craft meets consciousness, and where each day is one about beauty and purpose. From our dreamy 17th-century HOUSE of ZAZI in the heart of Amsterdam, we are looking for a curious, hands-on and heart-led Allround Intern to join our small but growing team.

Every day at ZAZI looks a little different, and that’s the magic of it. You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day world, and take ownership in making our community feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Your work will flow between:

• Client care (online): connecting with our customers through email, WhatsApp and Instagram, sharing stories, answering questions, and helping them find the perfect ZAZI piece;
• Client care (on site): Welcoming guests to our atelier, assisting them in selecting garments and offering styling advice;
• Keeping our online shop (Shopify) up to date,  from stock management to making small product updates;
• Helping with packing and preparing orders that travel across the world;
• Bringing your ideas and creativity to life. In a small and growing team, what you imagine today can be created tomorrow.

You are someone who feels deeply connected to the worlds of beauty, storytelling, and ethical fashion.
You’re energetic, want to roll up your sleeves, learn by doing, and let your curiosity guide you. You love writing and communicating with our customers, in both Dutch and English. You know how to tell a story that feels personal and warm.

You have a natural sense of responsibility and care, and like to feel like you’ve got things under control. You’re organized, proactive, and ready to grow alongside a fast-paced but magical brand.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on, eager to learn, and thrives in dynamic environment;
• Communicates with heart. You easily get the tone of voice of ZAZI right:  personal, authentic, and kind;
• Loves connecting with people and crafting meaningful experiences.

Having an interest in social media / digital creation is a pre. We do a lot of writing and editing for our social media everyday. So if you're into it: you're more than welcome to assist!

• A 5 - 6 month internship where you will learn everything about running a slow-fashion brand;
• Based in Amsterdam (working remote not possible for this position);
• An endless supply of tea, sweet colleagues (including two chickens in our back yard), and a Woven Women subscription;
• Of course, an internship compensation for your effort.
