This dress is rooted in shared values of sustainability and craftsmanship. Developed in collaboration with I was a Sari - a circular, zero-waste fashion label that upcycles pre-loved saris into contemporary pieces, it is handcrafted in Mumbai by the label’s  female artisans. 

At I was a Sari, upcycled saris are just the beginning. The label empowers women from financially marginalized communities with the skills and opportunity to become artisans, transforming textile waste into pieces rich with heritage and hope. Each garment is a one-of-a-kind story, of renewal and design that doesn't cost the planet.

Featuring a halter neckline, ruffled bodice, and flowing silhouette, this set moves effortlessly from sunlit mornings to moonlit summer dinners - bringing the past into the present, beautifully.
